What methods of payment do you accept?
We all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Diners, cash and cheque by arrangement. Please note that both Diners and Amex attract a 3 per cent surcharge.
Accounts are available to regular business customers who qualify for certain minimum purchase requirements. Ongoing onsite computer support customers Melbourne-wide who have Technician timeshare arrangements can arrange payment terms as part of the agreement.
Do you carry spare parts?
Yes, we carry an extensive range of new spare parts; we have a product catalogue of over 22,000 items. We also have an extensive "graveyard" which can help with certain older machine parts where they are no longer available. This also allows us to provide network support and to repair systems in many cases for a substantially less than the cost of new parts. Where a part is not in stock our status with all major manufacturers allow us to obtain parts usually the same or next day.
Can I send a courier to deliver my machine for a workshop repair ?
Yes. We take many computer repairs that are delivered by a third party. Just make sure you enclose your name, contact details, a description of the fault and a contact number.
Will you ring me when the job is complete ?
Yes, an IT services technician will advise you when your laptop repairs or PC repairs are ready to collect from our Camberwell workshop.
I need repairs urgently -Booked into your workshop how long will it take before someone looks at my machine ?
The average turnaround at Business Works for computer maintenance and repairs is 2-3 days, depending on our backlog of work and availability of parts.
For customers requiring even faster IT support services, we offer a priority option which guarantees inspection of your machine within 2 hours of it being booked in to our workshop. There is an additional charge of $50 for this priority service.
