What method of payment do you accept?
All the major credit cards, Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Diners, Cash, and Cheque by arrangement. Accounts are available to regular business customers who qualify for certain minimum purchase requirements
Should I bring the system to you or should I book an onsite technician to visit our premises?
That largely depends on the type of task and your preference, large clients who require network support or repairs to office sized products almost exclusively are handled by a visit from our technicians. Smaller less expensive products and repairs for home & home office users are sometimes best dealt with in our workshop. Ultimately it is your choice.
Is there any faster turnaround option available when my requirement is really urgent
?
We do have a priority service available which guarantees a technician will inspect your machine and call you within 2 hours of the repair booked in to our workshop. There is an additional charge for this priority service

Do you repair all makes and models?
Yes we have extensive experience right across the broader market, all major brands of computers, notebooks and printers.
Do you carry spare parts?
Yes we do carry an extensive range of new spare parts as well as an extensive "graveyard" which can help with certain older machine parts where they are no longer available. This also allows us to repair systems in many cases for a substantially less than the cost of new parts. Where a part is not in stock our status with all major manufactures allow us to obtain parts usually the same or next day.
Do I pay now or when I pick it up?
Normally clients will pay on collection. Alternative arrangements can be made on request.
Do you have a minimum charge?
Yes we do have a minimum charge on all our workshop repairs, the current rates
Printers/Multifunctions $44 ½ labour charge inclusive
Computers Desktops & Towers $49 ½ hour labour charge inclusive
Notebook Computers $98 1 hour labour included
Do you repair all products here or send them away?
We repair all workshop jobs in our own workshop with our own technical staff. On the rare occasion that it may be appropriate to a repair away we facilitate this for the customer.
How long will I be without my computer/printer/multifunction etc?
We endeavour to repair all systems as quickly as we can, we realise that every job is urgent. Our average turnaround time is 2 to 3 working days but can be less in certain circumstances. Availability of spare parts, information availability from clients, work backlogs etc can all have an impact on turnaround times.
Will the technician call me with a quote?
Generally you will told how much the repair will cost, unless the repair is so straightforward that it falls within or is very close to our minimum charge criteria.
Can I send a courier to deliver my repair job?
Yes we take many repair jobs that are delivered by a third party, just make sure you enclose your name, contact details a description of the fault and a contact number.
Will you ring me when the job is complete?
Yes, a technician will advise you when the repair is ready to collect
